RAMen Cart: Where Code Meets Ramen!

Dive into a world where gourmet ramen collides with a quirky coding aesthetic! RAMen Cart serves steaming bowls of noodles crafted for foodies and tech enthusiasts. Picture a food truck decked out in coding language and a custom ramen noodle node pattern, delivering a meal and an experience. Now, you can.

The packaging design delivers a fresh bowl of ramen every time, and the ingredients are separated from the broth with a box coupled with a sleeve to enhance the experience. The menu mimics the UI you would get if you order online but in a printed tri-fold brochure. Whether you’re debugging your day or craving a cozy broth bowl, RAMen Cart is here to fuel your appetite’s imagination, one slurp at a time! Order a bowl of geek-chic with RAMen Cart.

Breaking Down the Design

Tri-fold Brochure Menu

  • For a food truck, the tri-fold format is convenient for customers to read, take, and share. It also allows the design to be split into panels.

  • The overall design speaks to the HTML and CSS coding language and to web browsers/computer screen aesthetics. Folders and pop-up windows make up the containers for the content.

Takeout Boxes

  • Successful takeaway boxes for ramen are when they separate the ingredients from the broth. With a sleeve, the design can be screen printed and mass-produced.

  • The design is easy to mass-produce by screen print with one color, and the customization is set to the side and sized for legible reading.

Food Truck Vehicle Wrap

  • My goal was to use the ramen node pattern to establish a background that wasn’t distracting from the core information.

  • There’s a menu board, contact information, and the wordmark, all in neon green for legibility. The menu board showcases three bowls instead of the entire menu so it can be read far away.

Enjoy code-crafted ramen, one byte at a time.
