This brand is designed with love and humor and operates with the intention that first impressions are essential.
Nestled in a cozy corner of town, U Me Sushi is the ultimate destination for budding romances and first dates. This charming little sushi hub is designed for intimacy and connection. With seating perfect for stealing glances and sharing secrets, U Me Sushi ensures that nerves and chopsticks stay steady.
Breaking Down the Design
Take-Out Packaging

After designing the icons, I activated them by arranging them around the logo in an appealing composition. The goal was to create a tasty packaging solution.

Every surface has an opportunity to communicate some part of the visual language to elevate the brand. I took the side as an opportunity to include "that's how we roll."
Metal Pin Buttons

Another mode to activate the icons I chose is by creating button pins. The illustrations are too complex to be enamel pins, so this form of metal pins is the best representation.
Business Loyalty Cards

A loyalty card was created as an alternate solution to a branding card, allowing a different function to bring some purpose to the card rather than just communicating contact information.

To go along with the language, rolling sushi is illustrated on the front side to communicate some sort of motion to keep things interesting. The stamped icons are sushi stamps based off the secondary logo.
